Therapists choose what they share
Sensitive identity details are self-declared—never guessed from a name, photo, language, or credential. A therapist can show an attribute publicly, use it for matching without displaying it, or keep it out of matching entirely.
Why a result appears
We first enforce active verification, membership, legal authorization, explicit filters, and geography. Keyword and semantic relevance form the organic order. Connect+ practices within the top 50 relevant candidates may receive clearly labelled, capped enhanced placement: positions 2, 5, and 8 in the first ten, then no more than one in five, with a 30% page cap.
Transparent Connect+ visibility
Enhanced cards say “Connect+ · Enhanced visibility.” Connect+ is a paid visibility and live-introduction feature, not a clinical endorsement, and it never bypasses credentials, client intent, geography, jurisdiction, or minimum relevance. Match explanations remain separate from payment disclosure and never reveal private attributes or raw scores.
